General Info

Like every construction and remodeling business out there, sometimes we are called upon to fix something that we installed. Whether the repair needed stems from our install, a product defect, or some type of product malfunction that occurs over time, we are always willing to go above and beyond to correct it. While many issues are simple enough for one of our own service technicians to resolve, sometimes certain issues may involve a more complicated repair process, and may even require us to escalate the repair process. In every situation, Armortech Windows and Doors stands behind all of its products and installations 100% of the time.

If Armortech Cannot Resolve Issue

In those rare cases we are not able to immediately correct stubborn issues, we turn to our manufacturers to step in and assist us in helping our customer. By doing this, we are extending our customers the same warranties as provided by the manufacturers of the products themselves (available on right). Our partnerships with these manufacturers provides great value to our customers. As one of their many authorized installers, and in some cases, their preferred installer, these manufacturers will help us get issues quickly resolved. It is important to note that we never leave the warranty claim process to the customer. Instead, we will initiate any claims needed, if that ever arises, and if they do arise, we will work directly with the respective manufacturer to make sure our customer is pleased with the result.
